We love our promotions! However we only do a certain number each week.
Due to popularity, promotional spots can book out very far in advance. There are currently promotions and specials running through our various vendors. Please visit the vendor's site to purchase your promotion. When you receive the certificate or proof, contact us to book, and be sure to mention which promotion you purchased.
We do have a waiting list, so if a cancellation occurs, let us know in advance what days/times work so we can get you in!

There isn't much we won't clean, but there are a few things we can't clean.
We can refer you to reputable, fabulous companies we have grown to trust over the years who can take care of some things better than we can: Shampoo carpet, steam tile, air ducts, chimneys, meth/drugs, hoarding, bed bugs, contagious disease, crime scenes. We happily clean exterior windows, but you'll probably save money hiring a specialist. We will not climb on ladders higher than 6' tall, which limits our cleaning to approximately 10'. We reserve the right to refuse to perform any services, but will do our best to give you as much notice as we can.

Choose one or a combination to meet your budget or your standards. Prices are by the hour with a two hour minimum. After the initial 2 hours, time is billed by the quarter-hour. Drive time and trip charges may apply.
Professionals who may be new to cleaning, or new to House Minders. Beginners do not usually get to clean by themselves and are not always available. Book with an intermediate or advanced.

We happily take care of your short-term rental property from cleaning to guest concierge.
With just a 2 hour minimum, we will re-set your rental for the next guests. Cleaning includes pre-cleaning photos, linens (extra fee for off-site laundry), re-stocking, removing perishable items, and basic cleaning. The average cleaning time is about 1/2 an hour per guest space (ie: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed = 1.5 hours)
Billed on the quarter hour, we will answer calls, questions, and be your local 'boots on the ground' for any services your property requires a human for. Need someone to wait for the internet guy? Change the batteries on the keypad? Deal with a water leak? We're here for you, 24/7 with a private number.
For weekly drive-by, check in, check up, pick up the paper and mail, we'll aim to do this while we're in the area to reduce cost. Billed on the quarter hour.
By the hour, or the square foot, we clean everything that needs a little more attention to make sure you keep getting those good ratings. Vacuum mattresses, scrub the nooks & crannies, clean whatever we can reach and report on its condition. Two hour minimum.
